Ingredients:

6-8 medium-sized potatoes
1 medium zucchini
1 onion
2 eggs
1 cup of milk
150 g of hard cheese (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Greens (coriander, parsley) for decoration

Instructions:

Preparation of ingredients: Peel and slice the potatoes into thin slices. Also cut the zucchini into thin circles, and finely chop the onion.
